  I have been to this Ross department store a couple of times. They don't have a wide select of clothing for men or boys. The women's dress selection is decent however this review is based on my last visit. I stopped in to get my husband a couple of shirts on a Wednesday afternoon. As I was ready to check out, I noticed that ALL the check out lines were closed. The only check out line was in the return and exchange area which also happens to be the jewelery department. There was only ONE cashier, and I'm assuming it's because it was not a busy afternoon. The cashier was ringing up a customer as I waited in line. Apparently, there was two lines, a purchase line and an exchange/return line which ultimately is being handled by ONE cashier. This totally defeats the purpose of having two separate lines! I was up next but apparently I was standing in the wrong line because the cashier took another customer before me. I waited my turn patiently. As she called, 'next' I was not even greeted by her or asked if I found everything ok. She had no motivation to be at work, not a smile, not a hello! I asked for clarification as to why I was bypassed. She said there was two separate lines and that signs are up. I agree but why have two lines if there is only one cashier? Not once did she apologize for the confusion. I flared up and walked out without purchasing anything. This store is under staffed and the cashiers clearly need good customer service skills!

  Great finds only problem is you will be waiting in line for a long amount of time to check out! Literally only 1 cashier. 2 if you're really lucky. They do not have any consideration for the customers time.
