  I purchased a queen mattress set today and had a great experience. My consultant was Wilson and he was so good at pointing out all of the things I didn't even think out as I was trying out the mattresses. I went to this location because it had the best rating and I am so glad that I did. I can't wait for my new mattress to arrive and already have my new pillows on my bed. Thank you Wilson and Earl.

  Overall my experience was great. I'm really thankful for the employee Wilson. Wilson did an amazing job at helping me and my husband acquire a great bed with other equipment to protect or bed. He provided great customer service and was knowledgeable in guiding us to make the perfect choice for a bed. I will recommend anyone in search of a bed to go to this location and speak with Wilson.

  I was in the market for a new bed and didn't know where to begin. I went to a downtown location of Mattress Firm where the salesperson seemed quite nice but at the end was a little pushy. She showed me a 3K mattress and didn't really suggest any alternatives when it seemed clear that I wasn't willing to pay that much. So when I walked into another Matress Firm, I was expecting someone to push an expensive mattress and immediately asked Wilson to guide me but not be pushy about it. I told him my budget, my preferences and he kept those things in mind. To top it off, there was a Black Friday sale going on which enabled me to get a great deal. While Wilson was great, my one concern and why the review isn't perfect is that I got my mattress but am still waiting on my adjustable bed base. I got an adjustable bed base for "free" as part of a promotional deal, but the inventory/stock has me backordered until the end of January. In the beginning, I was told I would get it likely the beginning of January and now it's been pushed back further. I am disappointed that a promo deal was offered yet I won't be able to get it until two months after I ordered it.
