  Old Orchard store is outdated and you can see it's where. Difficult to find sales help for checkout. Forget service - thats why we have Nordstrom. Dressing rooms disgusting and never cleaned up. Usually I return the clothes I try on if not purchasing. Here I just threw them down like everyone else. I will miss Lord and Taylor here and Macys in Northbrook it is for me.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am a huge Macy's online shopping addict....but after ordering some things I didn't really like, I decided to go to this location (since it is by my job) to do the return and maybe shop around. 2 associates were standing at the registers talking when they decided to literally run away when they saw me coming with my return bag. One associate, Sharon, decided to go pretend to help another customer who was shopping. That customer said she was doing fine and didn't need help. But Sharon kept following the customer around while I waited 10 minutes at the register. I finally had enough and said, is someone working this register. Sharon replied that she was helping a customer. Uh, no the hell you were not. While doing my return, she made it seem like it was a favor that she was doing for me. Saying things like I can't return things in the store (uh, yes I can). Another customer walked up behind me to get in line and she told the customer she couldn't help her! I will no longer shop at Macy's. I can buy my clothes from nordstorm and directly buy my cosmetics at sephora or Clinique. Not to mention, I went into the cosmetics department and no one was working. Good bye macys
