  They're just clueless. I was on hold for about 15 mins. Then someone picked up and hung up. I called back and they transferred me to like 3 different departments to tell me they cant help me. What?? All I wanted to do was add a different person to pick up an order.

  I love this place. Isaac helped me find the product that was a perfect fit for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable - he had the specifications for different items memorized which expedited my purchase. I give this place 5stars or A++++ because of this easy going and great experience!
